Having a shared approach to quality improvement means colleagues from across Somerset health and social care system can work together to consider the whole of a person’s journey through different health and care services. This provides a clearer view of what is working well, what could be better and new collaboration opportunities.
Training, coaching and expert support is available from our dedicated team of quality improvement practitioners, knowledge and evidence specialists, data scientists, transformation advisors, project managers and engagement lead.
