Gold Training
6 days over 12 monthsSuitable for those who would like to run an improvement project across teams and coach others to do Improvement.
By the end of the session you will:

- Creating the right culture for change through using Improvement
- Confidently applying the 7 steps approach to Improvement
- Confidently applying a range of Improvement tools for the successful delivery of any project
- Ensure project success is evidenced by measures of the benefits

- Able to confidently teach and mentor colleagues in all aspects of running a change project at all levels
